RoadmapOne is a trading name of Divrsity Ltd, company No. 13822923, registered at 71-75 Shelton Street, Covent Garden, London, WC2H 9JQ, UK (“we”, “us”, “our”).

2. Acceptance & eligibility
Creating an account means you accept these Terms and our Privacy & Cookie Policies. You must be 18 or older and authorised to bind your organisation.
3. Free trial, plans & billing
- Free trial. 14 days; no card required.
- Subscriptions. Paid monthly or annually after the trial (plan details on our Pricing page).
- Billing. Processed by Stripe; charges include VAT where applicable.
- Cancellation. You can cancel at any time. Access continues until the end of the current billing period; we do not pro-rate or refund unused time.
4. Your use of RoadmapOne
- Use the service only for lawful business purposes.
- Don’t reverse-engineer, resell, or overload our infrastructure.
- You’re responsible for all content entered by your team.
5. Logo display permission
By signing up, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to show your organisation’s name and logo on our website and sales materials. Tell us at support@roadmap.one if you’d like it removed.
6. Service level & changes
We aim for high availability but provide the service “as is” with no guaranteed uptime. Features may evolve; material changes will be announced in-app or by email.
7. Intellectual property
We own all platform code, designs, and trademarks. You keep ownership of the data you upload; you grant us the rights needed to operate the service and provide support.
8. Data & privacy
We collect only the personal data listed in our Privacy Policy and store it in AWS (eu-west-1). Closed accounts are wiped after 90 days.
9. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law:
- We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses.
- Our total liability under these Terms is capped at the fees you paid us in the previous 12 months.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where it would be unlawful to do so — including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.
10. Governing law & dispute resolution
These Terms are governed by English law.
For users in the United States: Any dispute will be resolved by binding arbitration in London under the LCIA Rules, on an individual basis. Class-action claims are waived.
11. Updates to these Terms
We may update these Terms. If a change is material, we’ll give at least 14 days’ notice by email or in-app. Continued use after the effective date = acceptance.
